Keep the BB close to your body - You want the bar to have a straight path upward 2. Drive with your legs and hips - Legs and hips should be fully extended at one point! - The power from that ‘jump’ will allow your BB to float 3. Turn your elbows fast - Snap your elbows forward to catch the bar as it floats Keep practising and remember form first, then load 🙌🏽 #bftpower #bfttechniques
